Limits are enforced by the service and shown live in your console. Daily counts reset at midnight UTC. WAWM does not meter individual messages on either plan.
Questions
The fine print, written to be read.
- Why is the free plan capped at eight people per group for sending?
- Because the free tier is for proving your flow works, not for broadcasting. Eight matches what Meta’s own Groups API allows, so you can build and test at the same scale the official product offers, then lift the ceiling on Pro when you are ready.
- When does the daily count reset?
- At midnight UTC. The console shows how many you have used and when the next reset is, so you are never guessing.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- The call is refused with a clear code, PLAN_LIMIT_EXCEEDED, that names the limit, the ceiling and what it counted. Nothing is silently dropped, and nothing is queued to surprise you tomorrow.
- Does Pro include the cost of the AI model?
- No. The AI step runs on an OpenRouter key you hold, so the model bill is between you and OpenRouter and you can see every token of it there. You can set a spend cap per number inside the console.
- How do I pay, and can I cancel?
- By card, through our payment partner, on a monthly subscription of $29.99. Cancel from your account at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account returns to Free with everything you built still in place.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, within the first fourteen days of a new subscription if the product did not work for you. The Refund Policy has the details and the address to write to.
- Do you have a plan for teams or agencies?
- Pro has no cap on linked numbers, so one account can already run several. If you need separate billing, invoicing, or a deployment inside your own network, write to us and we will work it out.
